Andrew Guisgand is a Senior Experience Designer joining VMLY&R September 2nd 2019. He is responsible for assisting in the development of Ford Design Systems (FDS) and is part of the ministry of fun. He has worked on other automotive design systems with Leo Burnett. Developing and implementing new software for building assets for GMC and Buick speeding up production and delivery time.

Andrew started his career in marketing and advertising at an early age learning from the ground up in a small business environment. Starting at age 12 he was coding web sites and learning design system languages. After excelling and graduating with honors from his high school technical center he moved on to earning his Bachelors from The College for Creative Studies. During his time at school he managed his small business, did an internship at Campbell-Ewald, worked on their experiential marketing team, got married, and is raising 3 children. After graduation he joined Leo Burnett working on their production team and developing design systems for both Buick and GMC.
